Ok. Ok. Liam Neeson is “a” god. According to SciFi Scoop, he will be playing Zeus in the upcoming remake (or re-imagining?) of Clash of the Titans that will come to screens in 2010. Newcomer Sam Worthington is getting some more work after Terminator. He will be playing Perseus. He was decent in Terminator so I wonder if he’ll be any good in this film. Hope so. I took a good look at the cast list and I didn’t see a listing for Medusa. Medusa was my favorite part of the original Clash of the Titans. I can’t remember if she spoke or was just a monster that grrred.
Back to Liam Neeson. I can’t wait to see the first images of him. I wonder if he’ll be shirt-less? Or maybe they’ll give him Obi-Wan hair like in Star Wars Episode 1. In any case, I can’t wait to take my mom to see this movie. She is a fan of the original. If it pleases her, they will have done good.
